Left home for the new runsite early. At the entrance to Bertam Oil Palm Plantation, saw Wild Boar standing by the side of his parked car beside the busy road. Unconvinced that it was the runsite, I drove further into the laterite road and found it at the worker's quarters 1 km away. Oil Rig Lim was already there. Drove out to alert Wild Boar.

As usual, it was not long before the arrival of a few other early birds. Among them were Itchybawah, Ai Fen, Bombastic, Joseph Botak, NKS, Alex, Dr. Tan and Debbie. Without any delay the pack headed into the young oil palms. As espected, the trail twisted in and out like the turban. It led to the first check at the highway underpass. The pack split in 3 directions with NKS, Itchybawah and self heading towards west, north and east respectively. It was Itchybawah who found the paper across the underpass. From then on the paper sneak into the thick bushes and a deep drain. It then led to the second check which was quite tricky. It was found by front runner Dr. Pandirajah. It hit the Machap Umboo/Alor Gajah Road, passed the highway underpass, across another 2 deep drains, into the oil  palms and back to the runsite after meeting co-hares Vijay and Ah Ho busily taking photos across the last drain. The last runner was out by 7.30 pm.

The circle was well attended. It saw the hares and a good number of offenders sitting on ice. GM was on-down with his new shoe for wearing new shoes and unable to remember the run number.

The on-on was at the Siang Yen Restaurant. It was well attended with 4 tables.  The food was on the hares.

Verdict: Good run and good food. Well done and thank you hares.
