The running spirit is back!

It was the most exciting annual road run that MH3 had ever had. There were about 50 avid participants, adrenalin flowing, full of enthusiasm dashing to break their previous record, or simply aiming to complete the run with a self determined target.

The venue and the distance charted was the same as that of last year. i.e the Tan Chay Yan Scout Camp, Bukit Katil, Melaka. The weather was fine and conducive for a good run.

The overall results were fantastic. The serious runners had their time improved over that of last year. Ranger got what he wanted, exchanging with Animal Kingdom the position No: 1. Well done, Ranger! The last positions were occupied by the odd couple; Orang Kaya and Dr Lingkoon. These two buddies got lost in a charted road run and finally emerged out in more than two hours before our MH3 rescue team was called in for action.

A big thank you to Wendy, Carol and others who had patiently did the photos snapping and recording of time.

I did not perform the way I wanted as I was unfortunately infected by a bad flu, fever and sore throat one week prior to the run. I just had to take it easy and dragging my body along to complete the run and fortunately I did it.

The hash circle was conducted as usual with sinners put to ice accordingly. On On was at the Mei Wei Restaurant at Ayer keroh and 6 and a half tables on MH3 were fully occupied.

Some MH3 members did actually participate the 10 km Melaka Historic City International Run 2007 on 27th July and won themselves a medal respective to their category. They were Wonder Woman, Khoo Ka, GM ( non-participant ), cocker, Websitekang, Drug Buster Nanda and ( Mary Josephine not in picture ). See, how serious they had prepared for this road run! The party was well over after 11.30pm.
