Hi TT,
I do a lot of cycling here in Germany. Especially
on racer, since I bought a new one, but I spend also time on MTB and Tandem
riding with Jenny. A couple of cycling marathons I have done or coming up still
this season. E.g. the "Arber-cycling-marathon over 240 km and 3300
altimeter.
A very special ride was up the "Grossglockner" in
Austria, a guru mountain for cyclists. Pictures attached. It goes up non stop in
many needle bends and long stretches of steep gradient until we riched the
famos "Kaiser-Franz-Josef" ridge. From there you can see the biggest glacier in
Austria. It was a georgeous day, with breathtaking sights of the still snow
covered mountains. Distance covered 42 km and 2650 Altimeter. It took us nearly
4 hours.
Best regards

Hello dear friends,
As you can see, we are a bit handicapped at the
moment.
My leg is in cast, because of a ruptured ligament.
Jenny has "Bell's Palsy" which cause the left side of the face to be paralysed.
But we hope that we will recover until March.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and best wishes,
especially good health, for the New Year.
Dirk & Jenny
